Die Laeiszhalle, ein denkmalgeschütztes Konzerthaus aus dem Jahr 1908, plant den Einbau einer modernen Gebäudeleittechnik (GLT) zur Sicherstellung des sicheren Betriebs. Die GLT umfasst Heizung/Lüftung/Klimatisierung, Brandmeldeanbindung, ELA, Inspizientenrufanlage, Monitoranlage, Informationssystem, Kamerasysteme, Aufzugssteuerung, Beleuchtungssteuerung und weitere Funktionen. Die Hauptarbeiten müssen in 6 Wochen der spielfreien Zeit (Juli-August 2026) erledigt werden, wobei gleichzeitig in mehreren Bereichen gearbeitet werden muss. Die Anlage soll Fernwartung mit Datensicherheit ermöglichen und von verschiedenen Orten steuerbar sein.
