Das Universitätsklinikum des Saarlandes in Homburg beabsichtigt im Winter 2026/27 ein defektes Rückkühlwerk (Tischkühler trocken) durch einen V-Trockenkühler zu ersetzen. Die Neuanlage soll auf dem bereits vorhandenem Stahlbetonsockel (8,68 m x 2,99 m) auf dem Flachdach des Geb. 57.5 Funktionsneubau aufgestellt werden. Eine statische Aufstellprüfung wurde bereits im Vorfeld der Ausschreibung durchgeführt, mit dem Ergebnis, dass die Deckenkonstruktion des Gebäudes die Last des Kühlers inkl,. Füllung aufnehmen kann (s. Anhang Nummer 1). Die Anschlüsse der Neuanlage (2xVor- und 2xRücklauf DN 65) sind aufgrund der vorhandenen Anschlussleitung (3 x Vor- und 3 x Rücklauf) entsprechend anzupassen (s. Bestandsschema Kälte Anhang Nummer 2) Angaben zur Ausführung der Rückkühlanlage etc. sind dem Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen.
