Tender description

Ausschreibung zur Ermittlung eines Partners für die gastronomische Betreuung des Standorts Eschborn. Ziel ist die professionelle Weiterentwicklung des gastronomischen Konzepts unter Berücksichtigung von Nachhaltigkeit und wirtschaftlicher Effizienz. Ab 01.04.2026 wird das Betriebsrestaurant ausschließlich im Neubau Eschborn mit ca. 430 Sitzplätzen betrieben. Angeboten werden drei Menülinien (vegan/vegetarisch, Fleisch/Fisch, GIZ-Menü vegetarisch) plus eine Salatbar, ausgegeben an vier Themencountern (Mediterran Kitchen, BBQ & East Kitchen, Home Kitchen, Salat & Bowls). Mindestens Montag-Donnerstag sind alle drei Linien anzubieten, freitags das GIZ-Menü und mindestens eine weitere Linie. Das GIZ-Menü hat einen festen Ausgabepreis.
