Zum Angebotsumfang gehören: - Lieferung, Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von 3 Automationsstationen inclusive der Schaltschränke für Wärmeerzeugung, Wärmeverteilung und Lüftung einschließlich Bedientableaus, Stellglieder, Aktoren und elektrotechnischer Einbauten - Einbindung von 33 BACnet-Contollern dezentraler Lüftungsgeräte und 1 ModBus-Controller für eine autarke Heizkesselsteuerung - Lieferung und Montage von 43 Messwertgebern, 5 Präsenzmeldern, 2 Leckagewarnern und 1 Luftstromwächter - Lieferung und Montage von ca. 2000 m Kabel und Leitungsanlagen einschl. der erforderlichen Verlegesysteme sowie Erstellung von ca. 315 Elektroanschlüssen - Projektabwicklung, Einweisung des Bedienpersonals, Anlagenmonitoring
