NOK. 2) Größere Wartung & Renovierung, geschätzter Wert 900 Mio. NOK. Umfasst Arbeiten in bewohnten und leeren Wohnungen sowie in Gemeinschaftsbereichen (intern/extern). Laufzeit: 2 Jahre, Option auf Verlängerung 1+1 Jahre (max. 4 Jahre). Geplant sind 8-12 Verträge pro Los. Abrufe erfolgen nach Bedarf. Volumen ist schätzungsweise und nicht bindend.
