Betrifft Räumgebiete von Straßen und gemeindeeigenen Gebäuden. Bieter bieten nicht auf bestimmte Routen; die Vergabe erfolgt nach Angebotsfrist basierend auf Maschineneignung, Betriebsplanung und Kosten-Nutzen in Bezug auf geografische Lage. Änderungen der Routen möglich. Zusätzliche Einsätze außerhalb der Routen während der Vertragslaufzeit zu erwarten.
