This is a call to competition by IÉ for the procurement process to establish a multi-party Framework Agreement for Road Fleet Hire Services. The scope of the proposed framework agreement includes but is not limited to the leasing of cars and vans by Iarnród Éireann for use by Iarnród Éireann, Bus Éireann, Dublin Bus and CIÉ Group. The scope of the proposed framework agreement will include the replacement of vehicles currently on hire under existing call off contracts as well as the addition of any new requirements that may arise during the term. The service will also include the provision of rental vehicles to cover short term needs e.g. short-term projects or damaged vehicles that require repair or replacement, scheduled maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and vehicle repairs, and Road Tax.

The assignments can i.a. be connected to operation, maintenance, cleaning, troubleshooting and handling events that require a quick response. Delivery is requested that gives the municipality access to the necessary capacity, resources and relevant equipment for different types of assignments. The framework agreement shall be suitable for use across multiple units and facilitate effective implementation, accessibility as needed and satisfactory documentation of completed work. The contracting authority shall establish a contract for the procurement of standardised vehicles, either armoured at the factory or by alteration companies. The armour ring shall be in accordance with European standards. The main content of the delivery will be (i) the vehicles themselves (type SUV/Mini-van), (ii) possibility of fulfilment of various specifications and modifications to the vehicles, and (iii) option for delivery of the vehicles in different degrees of armour. The tender documentation will have a number of specific requirements for the vehicles, where orders can vary. This includes i.a. requirements for the possibility of delivery of vehicles with different degrees of armour, and other functional and technical modifications. Bærum kommuneSANDVIKADeadline: Aug 26The procurement is for maintenance of playground equipment in all of Bærum ́s municipal nursery schools, approx. 60 and 18 children's parks. The contracting authority would also like to be able to use the contract for other places with playground equipment than the above, either by new ones being permanently included in the contract during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. This procurement does not include the annual inspections of the playground equipment. The municipality has separate framework agreements for equipment inspections. Tenderers who check or inspect playground equipment for the contracting authority cannot be awarded a contract for maintenance of the same playground equipment during the contract period. The equivalent applies if the tenderer uses sub-suppliers who carry out inspection services for the Contracting Authority on the same playgrounds. Based on consumption in recent years, the estimated combined annual call-offs are approx. NOK 2 million excluding VAT. The annual amount will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general. The occupational therapist will be required to carry out an assessment of the needs of the applicant and works required and submit a written report to the Council with regards to the appropriateness of the works / adaptations sought. Cork County Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a multi-party framework agreement for the provision of occupational therapist assessments and reports. The framework agreement will be established with 10 or more economic operators, subject to that number meeting the minimum criteria and rules and as set out in the Tender Response Document. For the purposes of establishing the framework, the County area is divided into 10 lots / areas covering the administrative are of Cork County Council. The framework will consist of 10 separate frameworks one for each lot / area. It is envisaged that the framework will be further subdivided into two identical frameworks, one covering Local Authority owned homes under the Disabled Persons Grant Schemes and the other covering privately owned homes under the Housing Adaptation Grants for Older People and People with a Disability Schemes. Each of these lots will result in a separate framework of successful tenderers. Applicants can indicate which lot / area they wish to apply to be included (map provided showing lots).
