Oslobygg KF is a municipal company owned by Oslo kommune, which shall develop, build, operate and maintain purpose-built buildings. We are one of norway's largest property managers with more than 2.7 million square metres. in the portfolio. The portfolio consists of nurseries, nursing homes, fire stations, sheltered accommodation flats, school buildings, arts buildings and sports centres etc. Oslobygg shall promote a sustainable, inclusive and serious industry. The contract shall contribute to reliable, efficient and safe operation, maintenance and development of the municipality ́s buildings, sites and technical installations. Description of the assignment The procurement is for the establishment of a framework agreement for the delivery of electrician services and electrical material for Vennesla municipality. The delivery includes work in the municipality ́s buildings and on technical installations, including service work, troubleshooting, repairs, minor and major assignments, as well as assistance with acute and operational critical events. Tenderers shall be able to provide qualified professional personnel with relevant competence for assignments that are ordered under the contract. Delivery is requested that gives the municipality access to the necessary capacity, quick response for urgent assignments and appropriate coordination with thFramework agreement electrician services and inspections of electrical installations.

The contracting authority has appointed a trade group that shall undertake the judgemental evaluation of the tenders. The trade group consists of persons with close connection to the need. The contracting authority ́s choice of winner will be notified in writing to the participants in the competition. The notification will include a justification for the selection and state the waiting period. The actual extent can deviate significantly from the estimate due to, among other things, political priorities and grants, changed needs, implementation of investment projects, as well as acute events and unforeseen conditions.
