Indre Hordaland Kraftnett ASKinsarvikUlvik transformer station is a new station building and shall contain connection installations for 132 kV, 22 kV, coil of 22 kV side and transformer. Tenderers shall deliver one (132)50/22 kV transformer for the station, with a performance of 25 VAT onAN. This transformer shall be equipped for operation both in isolated neutral 50 kV network and for a future transition to isolated, coil-, directly earthed neutral 132 kV network. The 22 kV network is a coil-earthed network with a coil in the actual Ulvik transformer station. The transformer shall also be prepared for the assembly of fans. The procurement includes the complete delivery of one (132)50/22 kV 25 VAT ONAN to Ulvik transformer station, including the procurement of a transformer, transport, assembly of transformers in transformer cells and the execution of tests of a transformer. The procurement also includes spare parts.145 kV (132 kV) SF6 free gas insulated connection system to Øygarden connection station.
BKK ASBergenDeadline: Jun 30The procurement is for the complete delivery, installation and commissioning of 1 145 kV SF6-free gas insulated switching system (GIS) with 9 double switch lanes and a double compilation rail. to Øygarden connection station. The procurement is for BKK's bays, including Blomøy and Energiparken, as well as an option for future bays (Energiparken Nord, Energiparken Sør and 2nd "future"). Øygarden connection station is a joint station between BKK AS and Statnett SF. In accordance with the Builder Agreement between the parties (dated 03.05.2023), the BKK shall in addition establish 3 145 m2 transformer fields on behalf of Statnett, which is included as an option for the procurement. The ownership of these fields will be transferred to Statnett upon take over. The contract with the supplier will be signed by both BKK and Statnett, c.f. the Builder Agreement point 11.2.De technical requirements are in statnett ́s specificationS SDOK-41-34 (Special Specification) and SDOK-41-38 (General Specification), which are applicable for this procurement. The present Qualification System is intended to replace the EU-111 Qualification System, as set out in TED notice 2020/S 125-307189. With regard to the former EU-111 Qualification System, a transitional period applies for parties qualified under that Qualification System, in which new parties also may apply for qualification and have time to get qualified. At the latest 18 months after the publication of this EU-490 Qualification System, the EU-111 Qualification System will cease to apply. It is at TenneT’s sole and only discretion to determine, in the event of a tender with the same scope as the Qualification Systems to be held during the transitional period, whether that tender is to be conducted under the old EU-111 Qualification System or the new EU-490 Qualification System.
