Vergabe von Beratungsdienstleistungen für Kreditratings von Unternehmenskunden, hauptsächlich für das Green Industry Financing (GIF). Der beauftragte Dienstleister muss einen Bericht liefern, der Bewertungsgrundlage und Methodik enthält und an Dritte weitergeleitet werden kann. Die Bewertung basiert auf historischen Zahlen, Budgets und Prognosen, inkl. Marktinformationen, auf einer international anerkannten Ratingskala (z.B. Standard & Poor's, Moody's) und nutzt öffentlich zugängliche Daten sowie eingereichte Budgets/Prognosen. Es geht um die Kreditbewertung von Unternehmen im mittleren Segment. Der Bieter muss eine zertifizierte Kreditauskunftei nach norwegischem Recht und internationalen Standards sein.
