Harstad kommuneHarstadBackground Harstad municipality and the collaborating municipalities shall enter into a new framework agreement for advertising services as a result of the existing framework agreement for job advertisements expiring. The municipalities have a continual need for effective recruitment advertising, as well as the execution of statutory notices in the press and/or public registers. The objective of the procurement is to ensure an overall, predictable and cost efficient advertising process with good traceability, from ordering and production to publication and documentation. The supplier market also requests that the municipalities need to use more channels and formats (digital surfaces and print) and that the ordering and follow-up process shall support the municipalities ́ internal work flow. Harstad municipality is the contracting authority on behalf of the municipalities covered by the procurement. Emphasis is put on the fact that the participating municipalities each bear responsibility for their obligations in the execution of the framework agreement. The requirements cannot be applied to the municipalities together, but only against the municipality that has resulted in any contract deviation. Other municipal entities, including all public law bodies and organisations established by Harstad municipality, shall have the right, but are not obliged, to enter into this agreement. Description of the assignment The procurement comprises a framework agreement for the purchase, production and publication of job advertisements, announcements and equivalent announcements in relevant channels. The agreement shall cover announcements in both digital and printed areas, including relevant trade and trade media, newspapers, job portals, social media and public registers when required. The delivery shall include the necessary production support connected to the design and adaptation of advertising material, as well as the delivery of documentation of publication and available statistics/reporting for completed campaigns and indentations. Furthermore, the tenderer shall offer a web-based ordering and management system that supports ordering, approval and follow-up and which provides a total overview of status and history. One tenderer will be awarded the status of A-supplier. Other tenderers awarded the contract will be ranked in accordance with the evaluation criteria. NRK will hold mini competitions each year for the framework agreement for the award of productions with an estimated budget of more than NOK 1 million for the disciplines covered by the framework agreement. Sub-contract 2 Fire engineering services Sub-contract 3 Project management/builder ombudsman/construction management/ (ITB Coordinator). Sub-contract 4 Building and process automation. Bærum kommuneSANDVIKADeadline: Aug 24The procurement is for maintenance of playground equipment in all of Bærum ́s municipal nursery schools, approx. 60 and 18 children's parks. The contracting authority would also like to be able to use the contract for other places with playground equipment than the above, either by new ones being permanently included in the contract during the contract period or by individual assignments as needed. This procurement does not include the annual inspections of the playground equipment. The municipality has separate framework agreements for equipment inspections. Tenderers who check or inspect playground equipment for the contracting authority cannot be awarded a contract for maintenance of the same playground equipment during the contract period. The equivalent applies if the tenderer uses sub-suppliers who carry out inspection services for the Contracting Authority on the same playgrounds. Based on consumption in recent years, the estimated combined annual call-offs are approx. NOK 2 million excluding VAT. The annual amount will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general. The maximum total amount for the framework agreement is NOK 10 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority can give compensation free of charge for the contract when the maximum call-offs have been reached. The contract period is 4 (four) years from signing of the contract, unless referred to by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority has the right to terminate the agreement with 6 (six) months written notice.
