The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority consists of two entities - the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority and the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority's ten departments. The agency has office locations that meet entities nationwide. There are approx. 750 employees in total 22 office locations. Our employees have a regular need to gather in large or small groups outside their own offices. The aim of the procurement is a framework agreement that covers the contracting authority ́s need for course- and conference services at total 44 locations (cities, urban settlements or other places) in Norway. The framework agreement is divided into two sub areas. Sub-contracts shall be established for each sub-area for the relevant locations. Tenders are requested for: Sub area 1 • Day package ≥10 participants that include meeting rooms including technical equipment, break food and lunch, water, coffee and tea throughout the entire event. • Half day package ≥10 participants including meeting rooms, including technical equipment, water, coffee and tea throughout the entire event. Sub area 2 • Day package ≥10 participants that include meeting rooms including technical equipment, break food and lunch, water, coffee and tea throughout the entire event. • Accommodation in standard rooms including breakfast for ≥10. • Two course dinners that shall include a main course and dessert. The British-Irish Parliamentary Assembly (BIPA) is a forum to promote co-operation between senior political representatives in Britain and Ireland. Its members engage in a wide range of non legislative parliamentary activities, through plenary meetings and ongoing Committee work. Bi-annual Plenary meetings alternate between Ireland and the UK. The Contracting Authority intends to source service providers for the provision of suitable venues to host a BIPA Plenary Conference in the greater Dublin area. The venues must be able to provide accommodation, conference facilities, meeting rooms, and catering during the conference for approximately 120 people. Venues must be within easy reach of international airports. Tenderers must demonstrate the ability to work effectively with outside contractors in relation to the technical equipment required for the Plenary conferences. They must also exercise discretion regarding hotel guests and collaborate appropriately with An Garda Síochána in relation to any security recommendations they may have. The need particularly applies within water and sewage, but also the Arendal Harbour and Arendal Eiendom have a real and recurring need for equivalent services. The objective of the procurement is to ensure access to necessary services through a more structured, predictable and efficient contract. The framework agreement shall assist the municipality in handling acute events quickly and responsibly, while also covering planned assignments connected to operation and maintenance.
