The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. Apprentices: The contracting authority has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. the Procurement Act § 7, and concluded that apprentices are not required in this procurement, as the contract ́s main element does not include work where it is relevant to use labour with vocational or craft certificates, cf. the apprentice regulations § 6 (3). The procedure stated in the "Type of Procedure" section 2.1 of the notice is incorrect. The correct procedure shall be "Open tender contest". Hamar municipality is conducting school swimming for primary and secondary schools in Ankerskogen swimming pool. On that occasion Hamar municipality needs buses to and from some of the schools. The school swimming will be organised to 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th years. The other school grades shall not have school swimming and are therefore not included in the tender. Students at Rollsløkken school should only have a bus to Ankerskogen swimming pool. The school swimming has a limit of up to approx. 30 pupils per trip + up to 3 adult companions, so that one normal bus per class per time will be carried out.
