Le lot sera attribué à un seul fournisseur. L'accord-cadre a une durée maximale de huit (8) ans (4 + 2 + 2) et porte sur une quantité estimée de 10 500 sphères sur l'ensemble de sa durée. Cette quantité est donnée à titre indicatif uniquement et ne constitue aucun engagement d'achat. Elia se réserve le droit de commander des quantités pouvant atteindre 100 % au-delà du volume estimé indiqué dans le présent document. Les services d'installation sont exclus du périmètre du marché.
