Dear Sir/Madam, The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (hereinafter referred to as UNHCR) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract for Goods and Services and Technical Specifications (Annex A) as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ). REQUEST FOR QUOTATION: 26-HCR-MMR-SUP-RFQ-013 - for the provision of infrastructure improvement activities in IDP sites/monasteries within Sittwe.
