Reinigung inklusive. Ziel ist eine neue vorgefertigte Holzbauweise-Hülle, Effizienzhaus 4 EE (KfW 40), Gründächer mit PV, Wärmepumpen, barrierefreie WCs, Teeküchen, neue Boden-/Deckenbeläge, Elektrik. DGNB Gold Standard angestrebt.
