The need for coagulants is estimated to be approx. 2,000 tons per annum. The agency will enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The agreement is exclusive. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 100,000,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period. The estimate was made based on historical figures and the expected future use in accordance with the Contracting Authority's best judgement.
