Leistungen nach dem Leistungsbild Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung (Anlage 14, HOAI 2021) mit den Leistungsphasen 1-6 und Besonderen Leistungen. Geplant ist ein Erweiterungsbau an die bestehende Grundschule Happing (Stadtteil von Rosenheim) mit Neubau einer Zweifeldsporthalle sowie die Sanierung bzw. Renovierung des Bestandes UG Süd (Umbau von Horträumen in Klassenzimmer). Der Abbruch der bestehenden Turnhalle aus den 1970er Jahren (nicht unterkellert) muss vom Tragwerksplaner hinsichtlich statischer Belange begleitet werden. Zudem beinhalten die Besonderen Leistungen der Leistungsphasen 1 und 2 eine Variantenbetrachtung für eine ober- bzw. unterirdische Ausführung der Zweifeldturnhalle.
