Die TIWAG-Gruppe organisiert jährlich mehrere wiederkehrende sowie neue Veranstaltungsformate. Ziel ist ein konsistentes Erscheinungsbild über alle Formate hinweg. Eine Eventagentur soll die TIWAG-Gruppe langfristig begleiten und ein modernes, innovatives, nachhaltiges und ITaffines Unternehmensbild unterstützen. Dafür wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmen abgeschlossen.Diese Eventagentur entwickelt, auf Grundlage des TIWAG CI/CD-Konzeptes (derzeit in Überarbeitung), ein einheitliches Look & Feel, plant sowie führt Veranstaltungen nach Vorgabe der Fachabteilung Group Communication durch und konzipiert neue Formate. Der Fokus liegt auf Innovation, Nachhaltigkeit, Kundenzentrierung und regionale Wertschöpfung.Der Schätzwert für die Maximallaufzeit von 8 Jahren (unter Berücksichtigung sämtlicher Verlängerungsoptionen) beläuft sich in Summe auf EUR 12.650.000 exkl. USt. bzw. der Höchstwert auf EUR 25.300.000 exkl. USt.
