Event Management Services for Two Project Closeout Conferences in Tanzania

The United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) seeks to engage a qualified and experienced event management company to provide end-to-end event management services for two high-level TIDE Programme Results Conferences to be held in Zanzibar (October 2026) and Dar es Salaam (December 2026), each accommodating approximately 200 participants.The successful contractor shall be responsible for the complete planning, coordination, production, logistics, branding, and execution of both conferences.The services shall be delivered over an estimated four-month implementation period in accordance with the Terms of Reference.Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
