Ausschreibung für eine Gesamtevaluation bestehender Initiativen im Bereich Inklusion und Vielfalt im staatlichen Tarifbereich (ca. 200 Einrichtungen, über 166.000 Mitarbeiter). Ziel ist es, Maßnahmen zu bewerten, die Menschen in Arbeit bringen sollen, insbesondere arbeitslose Personen. Der Umfang umfasst die Wirkungsbewertung von gesetzlichen und freiwilligen Maßnahmen (z.B. Traineeprogramme), die Analyse von Forschung, Dokumenten und umfangreiche Datenerhebung (einschließlich Interviews). Der Auftragnehmer soll Verbesserungsvorschläge und neuen Forschungsbedarf identifizieren. Lieferfrist: 31.12.2026. Budget: 2 Mio. NOK (zzgl. MwSt.) + 100.000 NOK (zzgl. MwSt.) für eine Option.
