The subject of this call for tenders is the running and maintenance of an the Information System on Commercial Designations for Fishery and Aquaculture Products (FAPs). This information system is a database of all information related to commercial designations of fishery and aquaculture products, and an expert system which enables the analysis of the consistency of the various data and their extraction in all EU languages. Market dialogue: Cleaning products with an option for robotic cleaning.
OFA IKS invites potential suppliers to a market dialogue in connection with the planned procurement of a framework agreement for cleaning products with the accompanying services, as well as an option for robotic cleaning. The aim of the dialogue is to inform the market about the planned procurement and at the same time obtain input that can contribute to designing a tender documentation that provides good total economy, relevant environmental requirements and appropriate contract mechanisms over time. OFA IKS particularly wants input on the price model, assortment, limitations between product categories, handling smaller and larger machines, as well as how robotic cleaning can best be offered as an option in the framework agreement. We would also like to get market assessments of requirements for transport, follow-up, training, support and development in the market. The dialogue meetings will be held as individual meetings with representatives from OFA IKS and up to three representatives from each supplier. The meetings can be held physically at OFA IKS, Kjøita 40 in Kristiansand, or digitally via Teams, for 60-90 minutes. Framework contract for the organisation of study visits and market access analysis in the sanitary and phytosanitary field (SPS)
The overall objective of the project is to contribute to improve conditions for the EU agro-food sector to access the markets of selected key trading partners, by increasing the mutual understanding of their respective sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) measures of the EU and of the third countries. The services to be provided in the future Framework contract consist of study visits of officials from third countries to the EU and activities of market access analysis in the SPS field.
