Bereitstellung von Precursor-Diensten zur Unterstützung des Minor Planet Center (MPC). Umfasst eine einjährige Studienphase zur Anforderungsanalyse für einen MPC-Service-Backup, Identifizierung zusätzlicher Service-Linien und Definition von Implementierungsoptionen. Danach folgt eine Implementierungsphase zur Erstellung der Lösungen und Spezifikationen sowie Unterstützung bei Software-Entwicklungen. Abschließend eine Prototyp-Betriebsphase bis Vertragsende. Alle Leistungen werden durch einen Service Delivery Manager des Hauptauftragnehmers koordiniert. Die Ausschreibung ist für Wirtschaftsbeteiligte aus EU-Mitgliedstaaten sowie bestimmten Drittländern mit entsprechenden Abkommen offen. Die Aufforderung zur Abgabe von Angeboten wird auf esastar Publication veröffentlicht; eine Registrierung als potenzieller ESA-Lieferant ist erforderlich.
