Organisation der EU-Africa School on Competition Policy in Brüssel. Umfang: Veranstaltung mit Workshops und Vorträgen zu Wettbewerbsrecht und -politik (u.a. Kartellverfahren, Missbrauch marktbeherrschender Stellung, Fusionskontrolle, Beihilfenkontrolle, Digital Markets Act). Schwerpunkt: Praxiserfahrung, Ermittlungstechniken, Behördenaufbau, Konvergenz und Kooperation. Teilnehmer: 40-60 Personen aus afrikanischen Wettbewerbsbehörden, Ministerien oder relevanten Agenturen (2 pro Institution). Dauer: 5 Arbeitstage plus Reisezeit, in Q3/Q4 2026 oder Q1 2027. Ein Tag findet bei DG COMP in Brüssel statt. Leistungen des Auftragnehmers: Gesamte Eventorganisation inkl. Transport, Unterkunft, Logistik, Tagungsräume, Dolmetschen, Verpflegung, Lehr- und Werbematerialien, Speakergebühren.
