Framework agreement for printing services and profiling products with an option for graphic design.
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for printing services and profiling products with an option for assignments on graphic design. Design hours for the accompanying layout/set-up of printing services and profile articles will naturally belong to the framework agreement, but the option belongs to assignments within graphic design. The framework agreement period will be 2 years with a unilateral option to extend the contract for 1+1 year for the contracting authority. The option shall be taken up min. 4 months prior to the end of the agreement. The following contract periods apply within the option for assignments within graphic design: The first option for assignments within graphic design will be 04.05.2026 - 01.10.2026, mainly for the Norwegian Railway Museum. The contracting authority will then map our need for graphical design and would like an option to take up the option in line with the remaining agreement period for the framework agreement if the need persists. The procurement ́s estimated value over the entire contract period, including options is approx. NOK 3 million, excluding VAT. The upper limit (maximum ceiling) of the framework agreement is NOK 4.5 million. This is due to future projects that can increase the information material category, as well as moving the locations at the contracting authority who can increase the need for décor of meeting rooms. If the need for graphical design is maintained, this is also in accordance with the upper frame. Further description of the procurement, its purpose and scope can be found in the other procurement documents. - Dublin City CouncilDublin
