Gemeinsame Beschaffung einer zentralen Plattform (CCP) für den Verkauf von CBAM-Zertifikaten gemäß dem Joint Procurement Agreement. Der Rahmenvertrag umfasst die Entwicklung, Einrichtung und Verwaltung der CCP. Eine vorbetriebliche Version mit Kernfunktionen für Verkauf, Rückkauf und Abgleich muss bis zum 31.
