Städtisches Klinikum Dresden plant Erweiterung und Umbau des Haus V - Institut für Labormedizin und Pathologie am Standort Friedrichstadt. Ziel ist die Zentralisierung der Labordiagnostik, Vorbereitung auf Automation und Schaffung geeigneter Raumstrukturen. Gegenstand ist die Tragwerksplanung der Leistungsphasen 1-6 und 8 (HOAI 2021). Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise. Weitere Fachplanungen (Objekt-, Labor-, HLSK-, ELT-, Brandschutz-, Bauphysik- und Freianlagenplanung) werden parallel beauftragt. Finanzierung aus Eigenmitteln der Landeshauptstadt Dresden, keine Fördermittel. Kostenvorgaben des Auftraggebers sind einzuhalten.
