BA1A: Neubau eines kompakten Funktionstrakts im Süd-Osten, der die Kernfunktionen konzentriert: UG (AEMP, Labor, Umkleiden, Archiv, Wäschetauschstelle, Technik), EG (ZEA/ZNA mit Liegendkrankenzufahrt und ambulantem Eingang, Radiologie, Endoskopie, Funktionsdiagnostik, Entbindung), 1.OG (OP-Abteilung mit Same-Day-Surgery, Intensivmedizin, Bereitschaftsdienst), 2.OG (Technik). Mittelachse mit öffentlicher Erschließung, Innenhof im 1.OG für Belichtung. Autarke Errichtung ermöglicht fortlaufenden Betrieb. BA1E: Neubau/Sanierung der Eingangshalle.
