Bestehend aus: - Einer Wärmepumpenanlage mit 4 Wärmepumpen in Kaskadenausführung, Es werden Luft-Wasserwärmepumpen in Splitausführung eingesetzt. - Die Wärmeverteilung erfolgt über Industrie-Edelstahlrohr. Die Leitungsführung erfolgt überwiegend an der Decke bzw. in der Zwischendecke und in Schächten. Die Rohrleitungen werden gemäß GEG gedämmt. - Zur Raumheizung werden insgesamt 57 Stück Deckenstrahlplatten in den Klassenräumen und 18 Stück Heizkörper im Sozialbereich installiert. - Für die Kühlung des BMZ- und des EDV-Raumes werden Klimasplitanlagen installiert. 12157 Berlin V 1210e F (Bekanntmachung Öffentliche Ausschreibung - nur elektronische Angebote zugelassen) ABau 2026, Stand März 2026
