Die Gemeinde Wentorf bei Hamburg plant den Neubau eines Feuerwehrhauses in innovativer Holzbauweise auf dem Grundstück Fritz-Sprecht-Weg 1. Der Neubau umfasst: Grundstücksfläche ca. 10.600 m², BGF ca. 3.200 m², zwei Vollgeschosse, eine Fahrzeughalle mit 9 Stellplätzen und einer Waschhalle, Aufenthalts- und Schulungsbereiche, Räumlichkeiten für Einsatz- und Betriebszwecke, Materiallager über zwei Geschosse, Werkstattbereich, einen Übungsturm mit neun Geschossen sowie eine Anbindung an den öffentlichen Straßenverkehr. Der Bau soll Nachhaltigkeits- und Innovationsziele erfüllen: Anforderungen des Bewertungssystems Nachhaltiges Bauen (BNB) sowie Innovationsziele im Holzbau (abelsbare Konstruktionen als Anschauungsobjekt, CO2-neutrales Energiekonzept, Weiternutzung und Recycling von Holzbauteilen).
