Innen werden Kalksandsteinwände zur Raumtrennung (Mittelspannungsraum West, Lager Nord, NSHV-Raum Süd) erstellt. Elektrotechnik ist ausgenommen, nur vorläufige Gebäudeausrüstung. Zusätzlich wird eine Trafostation (6,90 m x 3,40 m x 3,70 m) nördlich des Bunkers mit Kellerwanne und Zuluftschacht aus Ortbeton geplant.
