Das Luftfahrzeug muss den sicheren und zuverlässigen Betrieb im VFR-Flug gewährleisten und über eine UL-Zulassung verfügen. Es handelt sich um eine Beschaffung die mit Mitteln des Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung (EFRE-Mittel) bezuschusst wird.
