HK dir plans to carry out a market survey for a coming procurement of a framework agreement for e-Learning. The objective of the agreement is to ensure good operation, further development and management of the organisation's digital learning resources. The contract shall also facilitate for the development of new e-learning offers that support HK dir's social assignment and responsibility for management assignments within higher education and competence development. In this context, HK dir would like input from the market on relevant solutions, possibilities and recommendations that can contribute to the formulation of an appropriate tender documentation. Further information on the market survey and accompanying documentation will be made available through this notice in the next few weeks. Interested suppliers are encouraged to register their interest so that they receive notification when the documents are published.
