Im Rahmen eines Direktauftrags soll ein FEES-System angeschafft werden, um eine leitliniengerechte Diagnostik von Schluckstörungen sicherzustellen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass es sich vorliegend um eine Ex-Ante Transparentbekanntmachung für Vergabeverfahren gemäß VV Nr. 3 zum §55 der LHO des Landes Brandenburg handelt. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Teilnahme. Es gilt deutsches Recht. Zudem ist die Vertragssprache deutsch. Da es sich um ein medizinisches Produkt für ein Krankenhaus handelt muss eine Zulassung nach Medizinprodukterechtsdurchführung nebst MDR bestehen. Ferner müssen die einschlägigen DIN- und VDE-Normen und die in Deutschland allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik eingehalten werden
