The purpose of this framework contract is to provide the EEA with scientific, technical, analytical and coordination support for the implementation, assessment, quality assurance, integration, further development and uptake of activities related to the CLMS and the Copernicus In-Situ Component. The services shall support the EEA in carrying out its entrusted Copernicus tasks and in responding to evolving operational, technical and policy needs throughout the duration of the framework contract. Activities may include analyses, methodological developments, investigations, testing, pilot exercises and other support activities contributing to the effective implementation and continuous improvement of CLMS and Copernicus In-Situ activities.
