Kommunalreferat, Recht und Verwaltung, Zentrale Dienste, SubmissionsbüroMünchenDeadline: Sep 10Den Auftragsgegenstand bildet die Überarbeitung des Münchner Lane-Models, des semantischen Fahrspurmodells aller Fahrspuren im Stadtgebiet des Beschaffers Landeshauptstadt München (LHM). Die Überarbeitungen sind nicht an allen Straßenzügen oder Kreuzungen notwendig. Deshalb ist es vor der Überarbeitung des Lane-Models zu Beginn des Zeitraums wichtig, die Straßenzüge und Kreuzungen zu identifizieren, an welchen eine Überarbeitung notwendig ist. Dazu muss das bestehende Lane-Model zum einen über die browserbasierte, von der LHM bereitgestellte Anwendung infra3D mit den Bildern der aktuellen Straßenbefahrung verglichen werden. Zum anderen muss das bestehende Lane-Model in GIS-Software mit dem aktuellsten Luftbild sowie vektorbasierten Hilfsdatensätzen verglichen werden. Die Kernaufgabe der Aufgabe besteht darin, das Lane-Model an den zuvor identifizierten, notwendigen Stellen zu überarbeiten. Dies umfasst mehrere Bausteine: •Das Lane-Model in der aktuellen Form basiert auf den Luftbildern aus den Jahren 2019 und 2021 sowie der Straßenbefahrung aus den Jahren 2019 und 2020. Seitdem wurden Straßenzüge und Kreuzungen durch Umbaumaßnahmen oder andere verkehrsrechtliche Anordnungen verändert. In diesen Straßenbereichen muss das Lane-Model auf den aktuellen Stand gebracht werden. •Um die Simulationsfähigkeit sowie die weiteren Anforderungsfälle des Lane-Models erfüllen zu können, sind Umstrukturierungen an der Datenstruktur notwendig. Dies betrifft vordefinierte verkehrstechnische Situationen im Straßenraum, an welchen das Lane-Model angepasst werden muss. Die Umstrukturierungen betreffen vor allem die Topologie sowie die Attributierung. •Falls in einer Kreuzung oder einem Straßenzug im bestehenden Lane-Model fehlerhafte Elemente vorhanden sind, müssen diese ebenfalls verbessert werden. Es wird geschätzt, dass an ungefähr 20% der bestehenden Straßenzüge oder Kreuzungen mindestens eine der Bearbeitungen notwendig ist. Abfallverwertungsgesellschaft des Landkreises Ludwigsburg mbHLudwigsburgDeadline: Oct 02Die Abfallverwertungsgesellschaft des Landkreises Ludwigsburg mbH (AVL) und die HAMBERG Deponie-Gesellschaft mbH (HDG), betreiben insgesamt 4 Deponien im Landkreis Ludwigsburg und im angrenzenden Enzkreis. Entsprechend der DepV müssen die Deponien einmal jährlich vermessen werden. Hierzu hat sich in den letzten Jahren die bildgebende Befliegung durchgesetzt. Die AVL und die HDG vergeben die Vermessung der Deponien für die nächsten drei Jahre. 1. Die AVL beauftragt die fotogrammetrische oder Laserscanner (LiDAR) Vermessung der Deponien BURGHOF bei Vaihingen/Horrheim, AM FROSCHGRABEN bei Schwieberdingen und AM LEMBERG bei Ludwigsburg-Poppenweiler für insgesamt 3 Jahre. 2. Die HDG beauftragt die fotogrammetrische oder Laserscanner (LiDAR) Vermessung der Deponie HAMBERG bei Maulbronn für insgesamt 3 Jahre. Die Deponie HAMBERG liegt auf der Gemarkung Maulbronn im Enzkreis. Die operative Betriebsführung dieser ehemaligen Hausmülldeponie obliegt der AVL. Der Auftraggeber hat die Software BricsCad V26 im Einsatz. Voraussetzung für den Vertragsabschluss ist, dass sämtliche Daten so geliefert werden, dass diese problemlos für die CAD-Viewer mit Redliningfunktion unmittelbar eingelesen und weiterbearbeitet werden können (z.B. im DXF/ DWG Format). Für das vorhandene Konzept zur Bestandsplanverwaltung ist es notwendig, den vorhandenen Zeichenschlüssel, Ebenenbelegung und grafische Attribute des Auftraggebers bei einer Auftragserteilung zu übernehmen.
