European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency (CINEA), CINEA - European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive AgencyBrusselsDeadline: Sep 29CINEA and DG ENV require substantial external support in the following areas: 1. Monitoring of LIFE projects, including action grants and operating grants: around 1 000 grants are to be monitored across a wide thematic and geographical coverage. There is a need for an external team of monitors covering the different thematic areas and possessing knowledge of the relevant national or local contexts and languages, in order to ensure proper monitoring of the projects and to provide support where issues arise. 2. Communication on the LIFE programme and project achievements, with a view to outreach and potential replication: this includes, for example, social media, Info Days, the LIFE Awards, other ad hoc events, participation in third-party events, project news, newsletters, and publications. It should be emphasised that LIFE grants support actions at local, regional, and national level that are close to citizens and generate tangible environmental, climate and health benefits. There is therefore a significant volume of material and strong potential to promote a positive image of the EU. 3. Other related activities include policy feedback events and studies or activities, whether online or in-person, upon request from the parent DGs, namely ENV, CLIMA and ENER; annual Welcome Meetings for new projects; and support to projects aimed at facilitating commercial success. Activities will take place in the EU, in third countries associated with the LIFE Programme: https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/docs/2021-2027/life/guidance/list3rdcountryparticipation_life_en.pdf and, very rarely, in overseas countries and territories, with fewer than 10 project visits estimated over the duration of the framework contract: https://international-partnerships.ec.europa.eu/countries/overseas-countries-and-territories_enModification Notice to RFT ID 207139 Single Party Framework Agreement for the provision of Second Level Support / Professional Services and license maintenance for Dublin City Council’s Corporate GIS Infrastructure and Workflows

European Commission, DG GROW - Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEsBrusselsDeadline: Jul 01The European Green Deal is the roadmap for making the EU’s economy sustainable. It is a set of policy initiatives with the overarching aim of making Europe climate neutral by 2050. The "Economics of Climate Change, Energy and Transport" Unit (JRC.C.6) of the Joint Research Centre supports the European Commission’s European Green Deal by performing economics-based research in several areas related to energy and climate change. This work includes the development of a reference toolset of economic models and the completion of associated research activities to improve the models' reliability and robustness. The JRC.C.6 Unit is based in Seville, Spain. JRC.C.6 is seeking to strengthen its socio-economic research and modelling capabilities by expanding its coverage of modelling areas and by updating and improving its existing models and toolsets. The unit JRC.C.6 maintains, develops and applies a number of quantitative tools to analyse the impact of different policies on the energy demand and supply sectors, as well as tools for macro-economic modelling. This toolset comprises the EU and global partial equilibrium models POTEnCIA and POLES including their corresponding databases (notably JRC-IDEES), and the global general equilibrium model JRC-GEM-E3. All these tools are able to provide model output in terms of CO2 emissions. The comprehensive modelling of climate change mitigation scenarios requires additional information as regards non-CO2 greenhouse gas emissions as well as on emissions and sinks related to land use, land use change and forestry offsets (LULUCF). Besides, climate action can have important co[1]benefits in terms of reduced emissions of air pollutants and of improved air quality. This Framework Contract aims at supporting the operation of the abovementioned set of models by providing the JRC with data, methods and results relevant for the analysis of non-CO2 greenhouse gas emissions, emissions of air pollutants (including air quality impacts), and LULUCF
