Tagesspeicher: Einbindung Rauchgaskondensation (3 Wärmetauscherstufen: Hauptkondensat, Abwärmenutzung für Absorptionswärmepumpen, Kühlung und Wiederaufwärmung), Einbindung Absorptionswärmepumpen (Quelle: 2. Stufe, Senke: FW-Rücklauf Bern West, Antrieb: ND-Dampf), Änderungen HT-Fernwärme (4 Tagesspeicher à 400 m³ bei 180°C/20 bar, Expansionsanlage) sowie Transformatorkühlung.
