Im Setting-Ansatz steht die Förderung gesundheitsförderlicher Strukturen und Rahmenbedingungen innerhalb bestimmter im Leitfaden Prävention beschriebener Lebenswelten (so genannter "Settings") im Mittelpunkt. Junge Menschen bewegen sich zunehmend im digitalen Raum, der im Leitfaden Prävention bislang jedoch nicht ausdrücklich, als Setting definiert ist. Der Trend lässt den Schluss zu, dass gesundheitsrelevante Verhaltensweisen nicht nur durch individuelle Angebote, sondern ebenso über eine gesundheitsfördernde Gestaltung des digitalen Umfelds bzw. digitalen Raumes positiv beeinflusst werden können. Im Rahmen des vorliegenden Modellvorhabens nach § 20g SGB V soll daher erprobt werden, unter welchen Voraussetzungen digitale Räume selbst zu Settings im Sinne des Leitfadens Prävention werden können. European Centre for Disease Prevention and ControlSolnaDeadline: Jul 30Framework contract for scientific, technical and project-management support to ECDC for a multi-year, cross-sectional point prevalence survey (PPS) of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs), antimicrobial use and infection prevention and control / antimicrobial stewardship structure and process indicators in long-term care facilities (LTCFs) in EU/EEA countries. The services will build on the previous HALT/LTCF PPS approach including: preparation and organisation of the PPS; development/adaptation of training materials, case studies, feedback-report templates and data-collection questionnaires; support to national PPS preparation and training; helpdesk, methodological and technical support to national contact points; support to data collection and data-quality checks; production of validated national databases; country- and LTCF-level feedback reports; analysis plans; early and final European survey reports; presentations/minutes for meetings; and related dissemination outputs including open-access fees for manuscripts. The contract also includes validation and additional analytical work to assess whether HAIs reported in LTCFs are correctly reported according to agreed case definitions, whether infections can be assessed as associated with healthcare in the LTCF context, and the impact of potential misclassification on PPS estimates. This may include protocol development for validation sub-studies, training and standardisation of validators, review of source documentation where available, inter-rater agreement analyses, sensitivity analyses, and methodological recommendations for future European LTCF PPS. Gesundheit Nord gGmbH | Klinikverbund BremenBremenEs handelt sich um eine Zusammenarbeit mit kollaborativer Dimension mit gemeinsamer strategischer Zielsetzung, d.h. die Kooperationspartner definieren gemeinsam ihren Bedarf und die Lösungen dafür. Die Kooperation soll die Bereiche Personal, Qualitätsmanagement, Weiterbildung und Digitalisierung umfassen. Die Universitätsmedizin Göttingen (UMG) beabsichtigt, Subspezialisierungen in der Pathologie weiter auszubauen und das dortige Leistungsspektrum mit dem Ziel des Ausbaus der personalisierten molekularpathologischen Diagnostik zu erweitern. Vor dem Hintergrund dieser Zielsetzung ermöglicht die Kooperation mit der Gesundheit Nord (GeNo) aufgrund von deren Größe mit entsprechendem komplexen Leistungsspektrum die Übermittlung entsprechender Präparate zur Befundung und Sicherstellung einer umfassenden ärztlichen Ausbildung. Beide Auftraggeber stellen wechselseitig Ressourcen für den jeweils anderen Auftraggeber nach dem Kostenerstattungsprinzip zur Verfügung. Auf Seiten der UMG sind dies Befundungs- sowie Unterstützungsleistungen zur Sicherstellung der molekularpathologischen Diagnostik und damit der medizinischen Versorgung von GeNo-Patienten. GeNo leistet neben einer Kostenerstattung Leistungen im Bereich Aus- und Weiterbildung insbesondere für Subspezialisierungen durch Rotationsmöglichkeiten für Ärztinnen und Ärzte; Bereitstellung von spezifischem Know-How in den Bereichen KI und Digitalisierung. Gemeinsam werden beide Partner Forschungsprojekte durchführen, ein gemeinsames QM-System sowie ein gemeinsames Fehlermanagementsystem unter Implementierung einer gemeinsamen Lernplattform etablieren. Gemeinsames Ziel ist zudem der Erhalt der GeNo-Standorte als akademische Lehrkrankenhäuser.
