Die armasuisse benötigt geeignete Instrumente zur systematischen Beurteilung von Kompetenzen und Potenzialen. Dazu sollen im Rekrutierungsprozess Assessment Center (AC) eingesetzt werden, um Kandidierende praxisnah und objektiv beurteilen zu können. Zusätzlich sollen Development Center (DC) und weitere Instrumente für bestehende Mitarbeiter/innen angeboten werden, um deren Stärken und Entwicklungspotenziale strukturiert zu identifizieren und gezielt zu fördern. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist die Auswahl eines zuverlässigen, erfahrenen und kompetente Anbieters, der armasuisse bei der Durchführung von Assessment- und Development-Centern gemäss den Anforderungen der Beilage 2.0 unterstützt sowie eine praxisnahe, objektive und systematische Beurteilung von Kompetenzen und Potenzialen sicherstellt.
