Rahmenvertrag für das Dublin Nights – Help Zone Nachtzeit-Wohlfahrtsprojekt in Dublin City Centre. Umfang: Personal, Projektmanagement und Betriebsunterstützung. Einsatzorte: Primär Camden Street. Betriebszeiten: Spitzenzeiten in der Nacht. Ziel: Unterstützung verletzlicher Personen, Förderung von Sicherheit, Reduzierung von Fehlverhalten, Entlastung von Notdiensten. Personal pro Einsatznacht: 2 PHECC-zertifizierte Sanitäter, 2 PSA-Sicherheitskräfte (m/w), 1 Sozialarbeiter/in, 1 Standortbetreuer/Fahrer. Alle erhalten Schulungen. Leistungsumfang des Bieters: 1. Fahrzeugbeschaffung: Fiat Ducato (oder gleichwertig) mit aktueller CVRT, Steuer, Versicherung und NCT. 2. Fahrzeugbeschriftung oder Infrastruktur-Einrichtung nach Vorgaben.
