Suche nach einem Dienstleister für den Aufbau eines digitalen Zwillings der Niederspannungsverteilnetzdaten Strom für Verteilnetzbetreiber (VNB). Ziel ist die Umsetzung der regulatorischen Vorgaben gemäß §14a EnWG (steuerbare Verbrauchseinrichtungen) und §9 EEG 2023 (technische Vorgaben). Dazu gehören die Erfassung, Zusammenführung und Plausibilisierung von GIS-Daten, elektrischen Netzmodellen und Stammdaten. Der digitale Zwilling muss das Dimmen steuerbarer Verbrauchseinrichtungen und das Einspeisemanagement von EEG- und KWK-Anlagen ermöglichen. Ein Vorprojekt mit Lastfluss- und Hotspot-Analysen liegt bereits vor.
