5Femtosecond Laser System
Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf e.V.DresdenThe requested laser system is an essential component of the terahertz (THz) user facility TELBE at the ELBE Center for High-Power Radiation Sources at the HZDR. At this facility, intense THz pulses from an accelerator-based source are used to excite various kinds of sample materials; the THz-driven dynamics are then probed using optical methods based on ultrashort (femtosecond), intense, carefully tailored and synchronized light pulses. The requested laser infrastructure will serve as the main probe laser with versatile parameters and output options. This laser infrastructure will also serve various purposes apart from probing, such as providing a timing reference, additional optical pump capabilities for 2D spectroscopy experiments. The laser system must consist of the following main components: A) Femtosecond laser oscillator B) Laser amplifier C)Optical parametric amplifier D) Mid-infrared (MIR) source. Beside the fulfillment of the criteria described under 2. Performance quote of Annex 01A, the scope of deliveries and services includes: - delivery at the place of performance - laser installation infrastructure (electricity, cooling water, and optical table) will be provided by HZDR - suitable laser chillers (water-water) included in the delivery - site acceptance test (SAT) - user documentation in English - a 12-month warranty on the entire laser system, including all necessary components, from the date of acceptance (SAT), but no later than 3 months after delivery if acceptance is delayed for reasons beyond the contractor’s control - CE conformity - on-site user training for at least two usersMaufacture and delivery of one Femtosecond Laser

Geologian tutkimuskeskusEspooA tender is requested for 1 (one) femtosecond laser ablation system for geological applications. The tenderer shall guarantee that the object of the tender shall be free of defects and meet the requirements as set forth in this document and its appendices. The tender shall incorporate the latest improvements, components and software versions available at the time the tender is submitted to Geological Survey of Finland. The instrument and the related services must satisfy the following minimum requirements, and the fulfilment of all criteria must be documented within the tender. Please, see the ITT fs laser for more details.Framework Agreement for the Delivery of Control Systems (IEC104) and the Provision of related services
TenneT TSO GmbHBayreuthFramework Agreement for the Delivery of Control Systems (IEC104) and the Provision of related services TenneT is a leading European transmission system operator responsible for the safe and reliable transmission of electrical energy over long distances. TenneT’s core tasks include the expansion and maintenance of the transmission grid, the integration of renewable energy sources, and the assurance of grid stability. TenneT’s grid area covers large parts of Germany and the Netherlands and includes both onshore and offshore connections. As an operator of critical infrastructure, the security and reliability of the systems in use are of particular importance. The aim of this tender is the establishment of two framework agreements for the procurement of substation Control Systems, in particular Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) and field control units, for use in TenneT TSO GmbH’s (TTG) high‑voltage and extra‑high‑voltage substations. The systems to be procured are intended for control, monitoring, signalling and automation purposes within substations and are a key element of secure and reliable grid operation. Within the scope of this tender, TTG intends to procure Control System components including, but not limited to, bay control units, station control units, interface devices, and related auxiliary equipment. A central focus of the procurement is the use of the communication protocol IEC 60870‑5‑104 (IEC 104) for the exchange of control, status and measurement data between the substation level and higher‑level control systems. The devices shall support typical substation automation functions, reliable IEC 104 communication, and seamless integration into existing station control concepts in accordance with applicable technical standards. The subject of this tender is the supply of Control Systems hardware, including IEDs and associated components, as well as related documentation and services necessary for commissioning and integration into TTG’s substations. The framework agreement shall enable TTG to call off devices on demand over the contract term for new installations, refurbishments, and replacement purposes. Parallel to the hardware framework agreement, TTG intends to conclude a separate service contract covering the maintenance of the devices and the maintenance of embedded software, including corrective and preventive measures as well as software updates and upgrades, in accordance with the contractual provisions. Due to increasing requirements regarding system availability and redundancy, the procurement procedure is structured into two lots, which will be awarded separately. The lot structure is intended to ensure supply security, operational resilience and redundancy of the Control Systems deployed within TTG’s transmission grid. TenneT TSO GmbH is certified according to ISO 27001. Therefore, only Control Systems and equipment that comply with TTG’s Operational Technology security requirements may be offered (OT security and IT security requirements). Tender Documents To participate in the tender, please complete the Non‑Disclosure Agreement below and send it via email to: [email protected] Access to the additional tender documents will be granted immediately upon receipt and review of the document. TenneT TSO GmbH will treat the documents you submit and the trade and business secrets contained therein as confidential in accordance with Section 5 of the Sector Ordinance.Femtosecond Laser
