Dublin City Council sucht ein Unternehmen für die Lieferung, Installation und Überwachung von Telecare-Ausrüstung und Alarmpersonenüberwachungsdiensten. Der Auftrag umfasst die Übernahme der Überwachung bestehender Geräte (ca. 1349 Telecare-Einheiten sofort nach Zuschlag), die Überwachung aller neu installierten Geräte und bestehender Pull-Cord-Systeme sowie die Lieferung und Installation neuer Ausrüstung während der Vertragslaufzeit. Für etwa 900 Einheiten (Mieter unter 65 Jahren) ist eine sofortige Lieferung, Installation und Überwachung erforderlich. Für Mieter über 65 Jahre laufen bestehende Pull-Cord-Systeme weiter, bis sie im Rahmen des Pobal-Programms aufgerüstet werden; deren Überwachung beginnt ein Jahr nach Installation.
