ca. 2.200m² Flachdach mit Belägen (Bitumenbahnen, EPS, Holz-Weichfaserplatten, Holzwolleplatten) incl. massivem Unterbau (Stahlbetondielen auf gemauerten Schotten) und Schadstoffen (KMF, PAK, Asbest, HBCD) entfernen, Kompaktdach (Schaumglas in Heißbitumen, Bitumenscheißbahnen) montieren, extensive Begrünung (Schutzmatte, Draimatte, Filtervlies, Vegetationsschicht, Begrünung), UK für PV-Anlage (Solarmodul bestehend aus Trägerplatte und Grundrahmen. Sogsicherung mittels Ballastierung durch Gründach), Sekuranten (Horizontalschienensystem mit beweglichem Anschlagpunkt. Sicherung mittels Ballastierung durch Gründach), ca. 400 lfm massives Traufgesims instandsetzen (Betonsanierung, Putzergänzung), verputzte profilierte und abgestufte Wärmedämmung des Traufgesimses mittels Aerogel-Dämmputz, Rinne, Bleche und Fallrohre, etc in Titanzink.
