Sie endet automatisch mit Inkrafttreten eines exklusiven Vertrags nach einem Vergabeverfahren nach GWB 4. Teil. Alle pharmazeutischen Unternehmen können jederzeit zu gleichen Bedingungen einen Rahmenvertrag abschließen.
