Die Umsetzung erfolgt in zwei Phasen: Phase 1 (Vertragsverwaltung/Archivierung) bis 31.12.2026; Phase 2 (restliche Module) ab 01.01.2028 mit Abschluss bis 31.12.2028. Die Option auf Nichtumsetzung der zweiten Phase bleibt vorbehalten.
