Haugesund KommuneHAUGESUNDHaugesund municipality shall enter into contracts for transport services. Three sub-contracts shall be signed, including one ongoing service contract and two framework agreements. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer per sub-contract, but one tenderer can submit tenders for one or several of the sub-contracts and can be awarded several sub-contracts.
