At the same time OPI channels and cable installations shall be established for Tensio. The facility comprises 3,400 m ditch for water and sewage installations and 1,300 m ditches for sand traps and service pipes. A sewage system shall be constructed with a separate system and this shall replace the existing system with a joint system. A new water supply plant shall be constructed in a joint route with the sewage facility. Parts of the transfer pipeline for water supply from Kuhaugen basin towards the city centre shall also be replaced.
