The call-offs on the contract have been significantly higher than originally expected. This is because the contract was established before the preliminary project for Digital grant management and before the extent of the further digitalisation commitment was clear. The aim of the new framework agreement is to ensure the Customer access to the necessary competence and/or capacity throughout the entire contract period.
